Important - Please Read
This year academic sessions are open and more that one team per post can attend.  Only one test per post will be allowed.   If two test are found to be submitted both will be disqualified.

All registration is due by March 1, 2008.  The address you need to send your registration and checks has changed.   Please review all paperwork to make sure your registration is delayed because of errors.

Again housing is a big issue this year.  After many meetings the board has decided if necessary Advisor will be sharing the same bed.  You will be notified via e-mail if this will affect your post.  Please make sure we have an updated e-mail address for your post and it is reviewed on a daily basis.

The board also decided to limit the number of explorers to this year conference.  You will be allowed to bring 16 explorers.  Housing will be done as each post registers.   A wait list will be created of posts that wish to bring more that 16 explorers.   On March 12, 2008, a drawing will be held drawing a team from each post on the wait list until the conference is full.    You will be notified by e-mail if your post will have more explorers attending the conference.  Fees for the additional explorers will be due at check in.

A reminder, please get your paperwork in on time   If you are waiting for a check to turn your paper work in please contact DuWayne so the paper work can get entered and you will not be put on the bottom of the list and my have to share beds.

Again this year we are setting the following limits:
Each post may bring two advisors. This will meet the two-deep leadership requirements. After that there will be one advisor added per team (three and over).  If you are bring 12 explorers you will make three teams and bring three advisors.
Example:
One team – 2 advisors
Two teams- 2 advisors
Three teams- 3 advisors
Four teams- 4 advisors

We believe this is a viable option to limiting teams and appreciate your support.  If you have a specialized need or concern that you would like considered, please contact Marcus Bruning or Brandon Brugger.
