2001 Don Cup Winners

The first every recipient of the MLEEA's Don Cup is the St. Louis Park Law Explorer Post # 505.

Developed in 1964 by Patrol Officer Richard Setter, now retired Police Chief of Minnetonka, Minnesota, St. Louis Park is the nation's oldest and longest standing Post.  In over 38 years of service, the men and women of the Post have contributed endless hours to the community, started a friendly competition with other local posts that has now developed into the Minnesota Law Enforcement Explorer Conference, Has graduated through their program many fine youth who have become local, state, and federal law enforcement officers, including two active Chiefs of Police, along with many other great contributions to their community.    

The Association is proud to give this distinguished award to such a deserving post.
